That's right, not only is school back in session, but those dance classes are starting up again. Eventhough classes start on September 12, it is still not too late to register. If you are still interested in signing up, check out the fall schedule to see what class you would prefer, and then simply contact us. If you were affected by the flood and are unable to make it to the studio to register, just give us a call and we can handle everything over the phone.

The Dance Maniacs did it!!! They came, they danced, they conquered the world. Congratulations to "Country Boy" for becoming 3rd Best Petite Small Group in the World, and also to "Out" for being named Top 20 Teen Small Group. Competing against the world brought dancing to a whole new level. What's next for the Dance Maniacs? Only time will tell....

Well...another dance season has come to an end, and what an ending it was. First, was the spectacular recital "Taking The Elle To Broadway". The audience loved not only the dancing, but also the way in which the story was told. How Miss Amy comes up with all this is beyond me! The recital was followed by the Dance Maniacs attending the Nexstar National Competition in Sandusky, OH. Let's just say...they didn't come home empty handed. There were numerous overall and high score awards, not to mention the highest scoring 8 & under small group "Thank God I'm A Country Boy", highest 11 & under scoring group "Believe In Me", and the top 12-14 small group "Out". All of the results will be posted shortly, however, click here to visit the Media section to see all of the dances from our recital, as well as all of the competition dances which performed throughout the dance season.

Our tentative 2011-2012 Fall Schedule is now available online. Simple visit the Schedules section of our website to see the classes we will be offering. If you do not find a class that fits your schedule, let us know and we can create a class for you provided you have at least 5 people interested in the class.

WOW!!! Words can't describe this past weekend's competition. The Dance Maniacs came out in full force, winning just about every first overall award, as well as Top Studio in NJ. As you can see from the above picture, the trophy is taller than even some of the kids. Congratulations to all dancers!!! Click here or on the above picture for all the results.

Those Dance Maniacs are just unstoppable. Facing one of the toughest competitions this season, they came out on top yet again. Click here to see all the results.

Ding...Round 2...And what a round it was. The Dance Maniacs came out in full force. They pulled off a number of 1st place awards, and Miss Amy even came away with not 1, not 2, but 3 Choreography Awards. Great Job Dance Maniacs. To see all of the results, click here or on the image above.

Congratulations to all dancers who took part in Dance Mania's annual dance recital. You really brought the "Magic Our Way." Stay tuned for pictures and reviews from the show. But for now, I will leave you with a picture of some of the dancers from the show.

On February 21, 2010, the Dance Maniacs performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. as part of the Kennedy Center World Invitational Series. The dancers performed a compilation of their competition dances, all following a centralized theme. The responses and comments received about their performance have been outstanding. The producer of the AAPAE has stated, "Your performance was a stunner...a seamless transition through many different settings from technical, to the little girls in blue, and the Michael Jackson finale with it's almost gymnastic and very tight ensemble." If you would like to read the entire letter received from the organization, click here.

DANCE MANIACS TAKE TOP AWARDS

Congratulations Dance Maniacs!!! On March 26-28, 2010, the Dance Maniacs once again showed their talent at the Access Broadway competition in Long Island, NY. The result of their hard work was multiple First Overall and Top Score Awards. To see all of the results from the competition, click here.

DANCE MANIACS RETURN FROM THE ORANGE BOWL

Well...the Dance Maniacs survived the cold and are now back from performing during the 2010 Orange Bowl Halftime show. It was a great experience for all the dancers. Not only did they get to perform during the halftime show with Kool and the Gang, but had the chance to attend various classes with some of the top choreographers in the industry, such as Chris Judd and Mandy Moore. And as a bonus, they were able to learn some Bollywood from Slumdog Millionaire choreographer Longinus Fernandes. If you would like to see pictures from the trip, either click on the picture above, or head over to our Media section.
